Accommodation Tax Notice

Effective April 1, 2026, an accommodation tax will be charged separately in accordance with the Hokkaido and Sapporo City accommodation tax ordinances. 【For guests staying consecutive nights】

In our hotel, the first room cleaning will take place on the Day 4 of your stay and will be done every third day afterwards. Room will not be cleaned for the first three nights. 【Non-room cleaning day】 For changing towels, please put used towels in the basket and place them outside the room by 11:00 AM. Clean towels, toothbrushes, and other amenities will be placed in front of the room. For collecting trash, please also place the trash can outside the room by 11:00 AM. *Even if you do not request to clean the room, we will clean your room every third day. *Our staff may come to your room for room maintenance or in case of emergency when cleaning is not scheduled. *If you wish to have your room cleaned on non-room cleaning day, please make a request to the reception by 10:00 PM of the previous day.
